Līga Tīte – Petrauskė
Founder of TEMEM and M-studija
I’m Līga, a music educator and founder of M-studija, the music-focused preschool that grew into TEMEM Primary School. I earned a bachelor’s degree in music education and a master’s degree in educational science in Latvia, and also studied at the Dresden Academy of Music. I want to bring together people who share a vision for education and create a place where both children and staff can grow and thrive.

Beata Judzentė
Music Teacher and Deputy Head
My musical journey began at Panevėžys Music School, where I learned to play the violin, piano and guitar and sang in the choir. I completed Kindermusik training and earned an international licence to teach music to preschool children. Since 2007, I’ve been teaching music and English to young children. My four children inspired me to return to music, and what I love most about teaching is helping children grow and discovering new things alongside them.

Kotryna Šemetaitė-Garbatavičė
Primary School Teacher
I never planned to become a teacher. And yet… 🙂 Life somehow led me to a school, and it turns out I love being here! I’ve always found it easy to connect with children, listen to them and share a laugh. Sometimes our profession chooses us. I think teaching is simply in my blood.

Sam Quinn
Drama Teacher
In the UK, I created theatre productions for children and used drama to teach a range of subjects in schools. After moving to Lithuania, I continued working with drama in primary schools and preschools. I enjoy seeing children grow through drama and learning from their ideas. In my lessons, I like to keep a sense of humour, create a friendly atmosphere and treat everyone fairly.

Gintarė Poškaitė
Primary School Teacher and Deputy Head
As a child, my favourite thing was playing school, and today a school is where I work. After earning a bachelor’s degree in general nursing, I found my way back to a place where my work brings me more joy and a greater sense of purpose. I went on to study primary education, and child psychology and education are still among the subjects that fascinate me most.

Deimantė Kriukelytė
Primary School Teacher
My desire to work with people, be creative and try new things led me to study education at Vilnius University. Children’s curiosity and unexpected questions inspire me to learn alongside them every day. I want every child to feel seen and heard, to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, and to believe in themselves.

Eimis Šeršniovas
Physical Education and Dance Teacher
I became a teacher because it was what I wanted to do. Creativity matters to me in my lessons, and I see teaching as a chance to help build a better future through what I do today.
