"Small Steps First" - with this message in 2024 September 23 in Palermo, the intensive cooperation and communication workshop of the Erasmus+ program was launched with participants from as many as 18 European countries. About 80 enthusiasts working in the fields of education and adult education gathered at the training. The event was dedicated to the topic of inclusion and cultural diversity, which is currently one of the most important priorities of the Erasmus+ program. The event was intended for Erasmus+ newcomers, our school was represented by the deputy director for education Beata Jarašūnė. Briefly about Erasmus+: it is a program that since 1987 reached more than 15 million participants to date! The program is dedicated to mobility, international cooperation and political activity in the fields of education, training, youth and sports: https://erasmus-plius.lt At our school, TEMEM www.temem.lt, we are starting our first Erasmus+ project for integrated teaching and successful learning with STEAM and digital educational technologies. In a workshop held in Palermo, together with colleagues from Spain, Romania and Serbia, Palermo managed to create a project for a future partnership, which can take a real shape, under the name "Digital Truth or Truly Digital". We will continue the theme of digital literacy, teaching children to surf the Internet more safely, and developing the digital competences of teachers, not forgetting the theme of inclusion - because technology can connect if used wisely. Sometimes there is not much needed for change to happen, just the first small step.

Savo mokykloje TEMEM www.temem.lt šiemet laimėjome ir startuojame su pirmuoju Erasmus+ projektu, skirtu integruotam mokymui ir sėkmingam mokymuisi su STEAM ir skaitmeninėmis švietimo technologijomis. Seminare, vykusiame Palerme, su kolegomis iš Ispanijos, Rumunijos ir Serbijos Palerme pavyko sukurti būsimos partnerystės projektą, kuris, gali įgauti realią formą, pavadinimu „Digital Truth or Truly Digital“. Tęsime skaitmeninio raštingumo temą, mokydami vaikus saugiau nardyti interneto erdvėje, ir augindami mokytojų skaitmenines kompetencijas, nepamiršdami įtraukties temos – nes technologijos gali jungti, jei naudojamos apdairiai. Kartais įvykti pokyčiui trūksta visai nedaug, tik pirmo mažo žingsnio.
